From the Law Office of Diane S. Baker, Esquire, in the Colonial Park area of Lower Paxton Township, we offer clients tailored and competent representation in many different types of domestic matters.  With over 20 years of legal experience and a competent and attentive staff, I am able to provide quality advice and guidance to clients throughout Harrisburg and the surrounding areas.  I encourage clients to try to resolve family law matters amicably if at all possible, but I also am prepared to proceed aggressively if necessary.  I understand that costs are oftentimes an issue for clients, especially during the break-up of a marriage or relationship, and I therefore offer reasonable rates and payment arrangements.

Your case is important to you but can sometimes become a seemingly overwhelming part of your life.  I recognize a client's emotional need to receive prompt and accurate information and advice, oftentimes on short notice, as issues may arrise.  For that reason it is my office policy to return all phone calls the same business day if at all possible and certainly within 24 hours.  I also provide all clients with my email address and I frequently correspond with clients after hours.
